Inspired by the serenity of golden hour and the timeless charm of Mediterranean architecture, I create interiors that are calm and intentional. Our Proven Process for Renovation Success

Discovery Call

In this relaxed, complimentary 15-minute phone or virtual call, we’ll get to know each other and talk through your vision, challenges, and goals. Whether you're planning a full renovation or refreshing a single space, this is your moment to explore how Ora d'Oro Interiors can handle the details so you can simply enjoy the process and the results. No obligation, just a friendly conversation.

Initial Consultation

The first step is to meet and get to know each other! During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your vision, preferences, budget, and timeline. We will walk through your space together and address pain points and how we can solve them. This is a no-obligation meeting where we aim to understand your goals and how we can best serve you.

Proposal

After our consultation, we’ll put together a tailored design proposal that includes our design direction, project scope, timeline, and pricing. Once you approve the proposal, we’ll finalize our agreement and get ready to dive into the design process.

Design Development

We’ll get started and create initial design concepts, which include mood boards, preliminary layouts, and budget estimates. At this stage, we aim to give you a realistic picture of what to expect, keeping your goals and budget in mind. We’ll gather your feedback and make revisions as needed. After refining the concept, we’ll finalize the plans, create detailed drawings and 3D renderings, and source materials and finishes.

Implementation

With a solid plan in place, this is when your vision starts to come to life. We like to stay involved throughout construction and facilitate communication with contractors, assist in the procurement of materials and fixtures, and oversee the installation. We handle all the logistics and decisions while keeping you in the loop, so you can sit back and enjoy the transformation.
